PARIS, Francia – \u00a0Cuando entro cada d\u00eda a \u201cVolver\u201d, el restaurante que tengo en Par\u00eds<\/a>, siento desde el primer momento el olor a Argentina. El sal\u00f3n est\u00e1 decorado con las camisetas de los jugadores de f\u00fatbol que vienen a comer ac\u00e1, ellos son clientes y nosotros nos esmeramos para que se sientan como en su casa.<\/p>\n\n

Los jugadores argentinos y sudamericanos se sienten como en casa porque lo que tratamos de hacer es que pasen momentos con familiares y amigos como si estuvieran en Argentina. Anteriormente no hab\u00eda un restaurante espec\u00edficamente argentino ac\u00e1 en Par\u00eds ni en Francia. Todo el personal que trabaja ac\u00e1 es Argentino, por eso tambi\u00e9n proyectamos televisi\u00f3n de nuestro pa\u00eds, como partidos de f\u00fatbol argentino.<\/p>\n\n

De las calles de Francia a una aut\u00e9ntica experiencia argentina<\/h2><\/h2>\n\n

Tambi\u00e9n nos gusta que los sonidos sean los de nuestra tierra. La m\u00fasica es Argentina y todos los d\u00edas suenan El Indio y Patricio Rey y sus Redonditos de Ricota, Soda Stereo, Cerati, Los Aut\u00e9nticos Decadentes, Virus y todo lo que sea rock nacional de nuestro pa\u00eds. Tambi\u00e9n nos gusta poner tango. <\/p>\n\n

Uno se siente como en casa y cuando los jugadores vienen trato de protegerlos, les damos una ubicaci\u00f3n en el primer piso, tratamos de que la gente no les saque fotos y que no los molesten. A veces ellos mismos permiten que la gente pueda fotografiarlos, porque los franceses no son tan insistentes como los argentinos. <\/p>\n\n

Tambi\u00e9n todos los d\u00edas preparamos los condimentos para la carne como el chimi churri, la salsa criolla y siempre tenemos lista la provoleta con su inconfundible mezcla de aromas entre queso y brasas. Es una mezcla de sabores.<\/p>\n\n

Los deportistas famosos tambi\u00e9n son personas normales<\/h2><\/h2>\n\n

Una vez, Ezequiel \u00abEl Pocho\u00bb Lavezzi pidi\u00f3 una mesa. [Lavezzi se incorpor\u00f3 a la selecci\u00f3n argentina de f\u00fatbol en 2007, gan\u00f3 una medalla de oro ol\u00edmpica en 2008 y alcanz\u00f3 la Copa Mundial de la FIFA en 2014. En 2012 fich\u00f3 por el Par\u00eds Saint-Germain Football Club y empez\u00f3 a representar a Francia].<\/p>\n\n

Le dije que vaya tranquilo que lo atender\u00edamos. Lleg\u00f3, el bar estaba lleno y yo me demor\u00e9 en llegar. De repente, se cort\u00f3 la luz y no llegaba la red para poder volver a ver el partido. En ese momento, el delantero sueco Zlatan Ibrahimovic pidi\u00f3 el control remoto y descubri\u00f3 que el flujo de la transmisi\u00f3n no respond\u00eda en HD, entonces le baj\u00f3 la calidad a la TV y pudo verse el partido que ellos quer\u00edan.<\/p>\n\n
