Esta celebraci\u00f3n, tambi\u00e9n conocida como <a href=\"https:\/\/apcregiondelosrios.cl\/noticias-cultura\/we-tripantu-el-ano-nuevo-mapuche-que-realza-a-la-madre-tierra\/\">W\u00fc\u00f1ol Tripantu<\/a> o A\u00f1o Nuevo Mapuche, es uno de los acontecimientos anuales m\u00e1s significativos para el pueblo mapuche. Los mapuches son ind\u00edgenas del centro-sur de Chile y del suroeste de Argentina.   <\/p>\n\n<p>We Tripantu se celebra tradicionalmente durante el solsticio de invierno, <a href=\"https:\/\/canamo.cl\/20-anos-de-carnaval-poblacion-los-copihues-celebro-un-nuevo-we-tripantu-por-la-reivindicacion-de-nuestros-pueblos-originarios\/\">el d\u00eda m\u00e1s corto del a\u00f1o <\/a>en el hemisferio sur. La fiesta marca el comienzo de la retirada del invierno y la renovaci\u00f3n de la naturaleza. Seg\u00fan las creencias del pueblo mapuche, en este d\u00eda sagrado se renuevan los \u00e1rboles, brotan las flores y nacen nuevos animales. Elementos como el sol, la luna, la lluvia, el oc\u00e9ano y el viento deben permanecer en equilibrio para garantizar nuestro bienestar y armon\u00eda. <\/p>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<figure
