Orato World Media, Inc. was established in 2020 and the Orato World Media Foundation Inc. was approved in 2021 as a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization in the United States. Since inception, the venture Orato World Media has been fully funded by Inconel Investments Inc. Upon approval of 501(c)(3) status for the Foundation, the Orato team began to build out a structure, Board of Directors, and a fundraising plan. The 990s for the Foundation’s first years show no income. Full fundraising activities will begin in earnest in 2024, along with the support of the grant firm McAllister & Quinn.
