Competition Details and Terms & Conditions:
1. Eligibility:
- The competition is open to entrants worldwide.
- Entrants must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their country of residence, whichever is older.
- Employees of Orato World Media and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. Entry Period:
- Entries open on the 12th of June and close on the 24th of June at midnight EST.
- Entrants may enter once per day during the entry period.
3. How to Enter:
- To enter the competition, participants must visit the Orato World Media website and navigate to the competition page.
- On the competition page, entrants will find a daily question related to the latest stories published by Orato World Media.
- Entrants must submit their answer to the daily question along with their name, email address, and country of residence using the provided entry form.
- Each entrant may submit only one entry per day, but may enter on multiple days during the entry period.
4. Winner Selection:
- The winner will be selected via a live stream event on a designated date after the entry period has ended.
- The winner will be chosen using a wheel spin method, where all eligible entries will be assigned a unique number, and the wheel will be spun to randomly select the winner.
5. Prize:
- The prize for the competition is a $150 Visa gift card.
- The gift card may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by the issuer.
- The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
6. Notification of the Winner:
- The winner will be announced during the live stream event and will be contacted via the email address provided during entry.
- The winner will have 72 hours to respond to the email notification and claim the prize.
- If the winner fails to respond within the given time period, a new winner will be selected through a redraw.
7. Publicity:
- By participating in the competition, entrants agree that Orato World Media may use their name, likeness, and submitted content for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media posts and website announcements.
8. Data Privacy:
- Personal information collected during the competition will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and contacting the winner.
- By entering the competition, participants consent to the collection, storage, and use of their personal data by Orato World Media for these purposes.
9. General Conditions:
- Orato World Media reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found to be in violation of the competition rules or tampering with the entry process.
- Orato World Media reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice.
- By participating in the competition, entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and any decisions made by Orato World Media.
