Orato World Media is relaunching our first-person, true-story website and seeking freelance journalists to create and produce photos for the site.
Photographers will:
- Be compensated for qualified Orato content.
- Shoot high-quality images that tell a story on their own.
- Capture accurate details for the caption and headline, including spelling of proper names and titles.
Required skills:
- Degree or diploma in photojournalism or communications preferred.
- Ability to transmit properly sized images over the internet.
- Personable, confident, and curious nature.
- Self-motivated.
- Embraces ethical reporting and making a positive contribution to journalism.
- Passionate about revealing the subject’s truth.
Great-to-have skills:
- Experience with SLR camera.
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop or other image-editing software.
- Marketing using social media.
